In order to do that, we developed a conversion-centered design for ConverBIM. In ConvertBIM™, a user has both roles as a buyer and a seller.

1. Browse: Encouraging Interaction

The core value of our marketplace is to match the people looking for a service with the most suitable providers. This is the most important flow that ConvertBIM™ focuses on.

Homepage: visitors can quickly determine what they need. Follow by take a look at service categories and click on a category. Or search for cJob with any keywords. (In ConvertBIM™, we call a service “cJob”, aka ConvertJob)

In the cJob listing page, information is displayed as a well-organized block. Thus, buyers can browse cJobs with no confusion. Buyers can determine which cJob is suitable for their need based on the image, description, ratings and status of every single cJob. Besides, buyer can also view the related cJobs using the advance filter. (by category, tag or rating).

ConvertBIM™ offers an informative cJob detail page with clear service description. This include intuitive sample pictures, and reliable ratings/reviews. This helps the users to learn about a cJob better before deciding to order. Buyers can also view and select the extra tasks of a cJob in order to match their needs.

2. Smooth & Clear Purchase & Delivery Progress

To encourage more purchases, buyers can place an order even before creating an account. This helps both sides clearly comprehend the scope of work and outcome results.

Besides adding “order extra services” feature,  buyers and sellers can discuss directly. This include receiving new message notification. Thus, they can constantly communicate until the ordered cJob is finished.

With a simple checkout interface, no login required and a highlighted call-to-action button. Buyers will be more eager to complete his order. ConvertBIM™ also supports users to change order information at check-out.

Our platform provides a tracking order system. This is for both buyers and seller to easily monitor the status of a cJob. (Namely Pending, Active, Late, Delivered, Finished, Disputing or Disputed). Each status relates closely to the Purchase & Payment Flows which we will clarify more below.

3.  Complete Things Done in The Best Way

ConvertBIM™ aims to bring satisfaction to both buyers and sellers so they stay longer on our website. We believe successful user interactions and transactions will stimulate the growth of our website.

Once a seller finishes his cJob and delivers to buyer, the buyer can choose to accept the work. Follow by change the status of cJob to Order Finished. Then he can write a review for that seller. If he is not happy with the job, he may send a dispute request to admin.

For Buyers, ConvertBIM™ helps them monitor all cJobs easily. Sellers can change the status of a cJob (active, pause or archived) based on his schedule.
